This study aims to identify the impact of the employment of flipped learning model in teaching of Home Economics at the dimensions’ Cognitive load the female students in middle school and their Attitudes, on a sample of second grade students at middle school-strong (60 students), and divided into two equal groups (30 experimental) and (30) control. To achieve this, the researcher built a measure of the dimensions of the cognitive load as well as a measure of the direction of the students towards the use of the model, and applied a tribal tools and after the application of applied field experience students on the two groups. The results showed the effectiveness of the reverse learning model in teaching domestic economy and its impact on the dimensions of the dimensions Cognitive for female students in middle school and their Attitudes as follows (no statistically significant differences between the weighted average (mean averages) for the grades students in the experimental and control groups in the dimensions the burden of knowledge, and there are significant differences between the mean scores of students in the experimental group and control group in the telemetric trend towards flipped learning model, and there are significant differences between the mean scores of students in the experimental group in the two measurements tribal and post the trend towards flipped learning model. The study recommended: the need to hold training courses for teachers of Home Economics to improve the thinking process of the female students in middle school and high school and how to use modern educational model in the education process, as well as the promotion of Home Economics teachers on the use of modern technology in their teaching, as this has a positive impact on the development trends of the students towards the use of this kind of technology and benefit from them.
