This study aimed at measuring the degree of Al Ahleyya Amman University Students’ satisfaction about registration services from their point of view, and the relationship of the degree of satisfaction with variables of: gender, type of college, academic year, and nationality. A questionnaire consisting of (18) items representing the most important aspects of registration services was used and distributed in two areas: registration procedures, and workers in the registry. The answer of questionnaire was according to the Likert scale Lekert Quintet applied to a sample of 370 individuals chosen randomly. The results of the study were: the degree of satisfaction with the registration services in the university in general was (moderate). There were no statistically significant differences due to studied variables. (Published abstract)
