المناخ النفسي الاجتماعي وعلاقته بجودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي
The recent study aims at recognizing the nature of the relation between the social psychological climate and quality of the functional life for the male and female teachers, and also revealing the differences in the social psychological climate between male and female teachers by sort, in addition to revealing differences in quality of the functional life between the high experienced and the low experienced. The sample of the study consisted of (120) male and female teachers from the teachers at schools of fundamental education the second circle in Kafr Elsheikh Governorate. Their ages are ranging from (30-52) year, and they have experience years ranging from (7- 31) year. The following tools were used: general data application, the scale of the social psychological climate (prepared by Ayman Naser, 1998) and the scale of quality of the functional life (prepared by the researcher). The consequences of the study resulted in the following results: the presence of statistically expressed relation between the social psychological climate and quality of the functional life of the male and female teachers. There aren't any statistically expressed differences in the social psychological climate of the male and female teachers. There are statistically expressed differences in quality of the functional life between the high experienced and the low experienced in favor of the high experienced. (Published abstract)
