The aim of the research: Develop a proposed vision for preparing a shadow teacher in kindergartens in Egypt in the light of the experience of the United States of America. Approach used: The research used the comparative approach, which is considered the most appropriate and indicative of the approaches used in it and extracted aspects of benefit to develop a proposed vision for the preparation of the shadow teacher in Egypt in the light of the experience of the United States of America. Research results: The research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The integration programs, despite their great efforts, have not yet reached the desired stage, and the shadow parameter is one of the factors that help increase national income in the long term, as it transforms people with special needs from dependent forces into human wealth capable of contributing to the development and renaissance of society. Emphasizing the right of every individual in society to a good education commensurate with his special circumstances, taking into account individual differences، achieving the necessary decisions to activate this, and confronting the failure of the family’s role in educating children with special needs, which may occur voluntarily or involuntarily. Keeping pace with the societal changes that Egypt is going through within the framework of societal and global changes that call for equality, as every societal change is accompanied by a change in the educational system and an emphasis on exercising freedom for people with special needs, which has become one of the educational goals that the school seeks to achieve through the educational programs it offers. Intentional and unintended activities and confronting negative societal beliefs and attitudes towards people with special needs. (Published abstract)
