The main objective of the research is to reach a set recommendations and procedural proposals to develop the Institutional Performance in Tourism Institutes and Hotels in Egypt in the light of the requirements of digital transformation requirements, including: 1) Developing the basic technological environment for the network of Tourism Institutes and Hotels in Egypt. 2) Developing training programs for faculty members and the assistant staff of the institutes of tourism and hotels to use websites in the process of teaching and scientific research. 3) Activating the requirements of the digital age that depends on everything that is technical and modern, especially in devices and equipment. 4) Reconsidering the rigid organizational structures in tourism institutes and hotels. 5) The need to keep pace with global trends towards building digital institutions. 6) The need to shift from a culture of traditional learning to a culture of digital learning.
