The aim of the current research is to demonstrate the correlation between depression and Accomplishment motivation among teachers diagnosed with fibromyalgia, for a sample of (4) teachers, (1) male, (3) female fibromyalgia patients, who were randomly selected from schools in Hurghada, Red Sea Governorate, with an average age of ( 42.7) and standard deviation (3.2). In the current research, the researcher adopted the descriptive associative approach, which deals with the relationship between variables and knowledge of the facts associated with them. Where, in the current research, the researcher identified the relationship of depression (the independent variable) to the motivation for achievement (the dependent variable) among teachers with fibromyalgia patients, by applying the research tools to teachers in schools in Hurghada, Red Sea Governorate, and a questionnaire was used for the initial detection of fibromyalgia symptoms (prepared by the researcher). And the signature of the medical examination by the specialist doctor and the list of the diagnostic interview for depression (prepared by Ismail Badr), and the measure of achievement motivation (prepared by the researcher), where the results of the current research revealed the absence of a statistically significant correlation between depression and achievement motivation among teachers with fibromyalgia.
