التعلم التنظيمي وعلاقته بتمكين العاملين بالمناطق التعليمية في دولة الكويت
The study aimed to identify organizational learning as an entry point to empower workers in educational districts in the State of Kuwait. The study used the descriptive correlative method, and the study relied on a questionnaire to collect information, and the study sample consisted of (231) employees in the educational districts in the State of Kuwait. The results of the study found the degree of application of organizational learning in educational districts in the State of Kuwait is medium. The degree of empowerment of workers in educational districts in the State of Kuwait is medium. There is a positive correlation between all areas of organizational learning and areas of empowering workers in educational districts in the State of Kuwait. In light of the results of the study, a proposed scenario was presented to empower workers in educational districts in the State of Kuwait in the light of organizational learning. (Published abstract)
