The study aimed to identify the requirements to achieve organizational excellence in middle school schools in the State of Kuwait in the light of some contemporary models. The study used the descriptive method, and the study relied on a questionnaire to collect information, and the study sample consisted of (112) directors and (205) assistant directors. The results of the study found the following: The approval of the study sample members on the requirements to achieve organizational excellence in middle school schools in the State of Kuwait in light of some contemporary models to a (large) degree. The axes were arranged as follows: organizational culture, professional development for teachers, strategic planning, school leadership, human resource management, organizational structure. Then the study recommended a set of recommendations related to achieving these requirements to achieve organizational excellence in middle school schools in the State of Kuwait. (Published abstract)
