الصعوبات التي تواجه المعلمات في إعداد البحوث الإجرائية من وجهة نظر المعلمات والمشرفات التربويات بمحافظة ينبع
This study aimed at finding out the difficulties faced by female teachers in preparing action research from the viewpoints of teachers and educational supervisors. To achieve the main goal of the study, the researchers have designed a questionnaire consisting of three sections: difficulties related to teachers, working environment, and community and surrounding difficulties. The sample of the study included (243) female teachers were chosen as cluster sample, and supervisors with total numbers (25) were chosen as a available sample. The study was conducted during the second semester of the academic year1439- 1440H. The data of study was analyzed using The following statistic: Alpha Cronbach's stability coefficient, Mann-Whitney test, and Kruskal-Wells test. The most important results of the study are the following: 1) The presence of difficulties related to the teacher, most notably (the large number of burdens and the multiplicity of educational responsibilities, the lack of knowledge of research centers and institutions and poor communication with them, the lack of action research skills). 2( The most prominent difficulties related to the work environment are (the communication gap between representatives of the public and higher education sectors in the field of research, weak encouragement and lack of incentives, scarcity of professional development programs). 3 (The most prominent difficulties related to the society and the surrounding environment are (the scarcity of libraries, the refusal of some individuals to submit to the study, the weak contribution of the institutions concerned with research in providing assistance to the researcher teacher). 4( There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) in the first and second sections, due to the variable training courses in favor of the female teachers who have received training courses in action research In light of the results, the researchers recommended the following: 1( Activating the partnership between the Deanship of Scientific Research in universities and public education through the establishment of prizes And competitions for teachers in action research. 2( Publishing a periodic scientific to present a teacher's action research under the responsibility of the Ministry of Education.
