The present study aimed at designing electronic learning environment based on constructivism theory to develop the skills of faculty members to use the virtual classes, after determining the bases and criteria for using virtual classes and identifying the effectiveness of virtual classes. The research sample consisted of the faculty members of Prince Sattam bin Abdul Aziz with different specialties and number (25) members of the faculty members from different specializations and was applied in the sixth week and the seventh semester of the first semester of 2018. The results of the study showed statistically significant differences between the average of the sample scores in the There were statistically significant differences between the grades of sample of the pre and post- observation card according to of the post observation, and faculty members have positive attitudes toward using virtual classrooms.
