The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing digital citizenship skills among students of the College of Arts and Humanities in the Sultanate of Oman, and students of the College of Education Sabr in the Republic of Yemen. The tool consisted of a questionnaire that was applied to a simple random sample of (385) male and female students from the two colleges. After conducting the appropriate statistical treatments, the study concluded that the degree of practicing digital citizenship skills among students of the College of Arts and Humanities at Al Sharqiyah University in the Sultanate of Oman, and students of the College of Education Sabr at the University of Lahj in the Republic of Yemen came with a high degree of college, as well as in the six axes: digital law, digital behavior, Digital security, digital rights and responsibilities, digital health and safety, digital communication. While it came to a medium degree in the axes of: digital access, digital culture, digital commerce. - The results also showed that there are differences between the average estimates of students of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at Sharkia University, and students of the Sabr College of Education at Lahij University for practicing digital citizenship skills in the axes (digital access, digital commerce, digital communication, digital culture, digital law, digital security), in favor of students College of Arts and Humanities, Al Sharqiya University in the Sultanate of Oman. While there were no differences in the axes of (digital behavior, digital rights and responsibilities, health and safety, and the tool as a whole. (Published abstract)
