The study aimed to measure the degree of practice of servant leadership by faculty members supervising theses for graduate students at Sultan Qaboos University. In addition, the study aimed to measure the degree of achievement for faculty members’ students. It also aimed to reveal the correlation between the practice of servant leadership by the supervisors of theses and the level of achievement among their students. The study sample consisted of (100) male and female students. A two-part questionnaire was applied. The first contains five dimensions of servant leadership, and the second part contains the domains of achievement motivation, which are also five. The study revealed high practice for three dimensions of servant leadership, medium for one, and weak for one dimension while all domains of achievement motivation came at high and very high level. Finally, the study revealed that there is no correlation between the practice of servant leadership and achievement motivation. (Published abstract)
