The research aims to reveal the pattern of electronic training (fragmented / intensive) and the effect of their interaction with the point of control (internal / external) on developing the skills of using electronic educational platforms. The researcher used the "Thinqi platform" to manage distance learning among faculty members and their assistants at the Faculty of Specific Education. To achieve this goal, the integrative developmental research approach was used, which includes the analytical descriptive approach, the systems development approach, and the experimental approach. The two-way experimental design (2X2) was used, as the experimental design included an independent variable, which is the electronic training pattern (fragmented/ intensive), and a classification variable and destination. Adjustment (internal/ external). The dependent variable is the cognitive and performance aspect of the skills of using the distance learning management platform, the “Thinqi” platform. The research sample consisted of (84) faculty members and their assistants at the Faculty of Specific Education, Benha University, who were distributed into (4) experimental groups. The first experimental group: used the fragmented electronic training pattern with the internal control destination, and the second experimental group: used the fragmented electronic training pattern with the external control destination, and the third experimental group: used the intensive electronic training pattern with the internal control destination, and the fourth experimental group: used the intensive electronic training pattern with the external control destination. The research tools were applied to them, which consisted of an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspects related to the skills of using electronic educational platforms (distance learning management platform, "Thinqi" platform), and a note card to measure the skill performance of using electronic educational platforms (distance learning management platform, "Thinqi" platform), and the results of the research revealed that the fragmented electronic training pattern is better than the intensive electronic training pattern, and the interaction between the two patterns of electronic training (fragmented/ intensive) and the point of control (internal / external), in favor of the group of the pattern of fragmented electronic training with the point of internal control, and in the light of The researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposals.
