The aim of the research is to treat the weakness of conversational skills in English and reading comprehension among female students of Umm Al-Qura University. The researcher followed the experimental design with two groups. (25) female students and a control group of (25) female students. The research tools were prepared: an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect related to conversation skills in the English language, an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect related to reading comprehension skills, and a note card to estimate the performance aspect of conversation skills in the language. English and a note card to estimate the performance aspect of reading comprehension skills, and the results of the research showed that there is an effect of the e-learning environment based on the digital story on the post-application of the achievement test and the note card for female students of Umm Al-Qura University in favor of the experimental group.
