تصور مقترح للتنمية المهنية المستدامة لمعلمي التعليم الثانوي أثناء الخدمة وفقا للاتجاهات الحديثة



The objective of the present research is to build "a proposed vision for the sustainable professional development of in-service secondary education teachers according to modern trends". To achieve the research objectives، the two researchers used the descriptive curriculum. The sample research has been identified in (658) Teachers in secondary schools divided into (265) schools in (3) directorates in the province of Ta 'izz. A questionnaire was used to collect data and information consisting of (22) paragraphs divided into two main areas: The role of school management، and the most important professional development needs of secondary education teachers. The research found several findings، most notably: the weakness of the school administration's efforts to achieve sustainable professional development of teachers، and the lack of needs for professional development of teachers، in the light of which the two researchers presented the proposed vision for sustainable professional development of secondary education teachers according to modern trends.
