The aim of the research was to identify the level of quality of life for employees of the Yemeni University of Science and Technology, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive approach was used. Simple, the sample numbered (270) individuals, the research tool was the questionnaire, and the research reached several results, most notably: 1) The level of quality of work life in its eight dimensions is an average, with an arithmetic mean (3.18), a standard deviation (0.63), and a percentage of 63.6%. 2) There are some statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members in some dimensions of the quality of work life according to the variables (gender, educational qualification, nature of work, job title, and years of service). The research concluded with several recommendations, most notably: 1) The need to pay attention to the quality of career life for all employees (with their various job titles) at the University of Science and Technology, especially with regard to the areas of wages, rewards, opportunities for promotion and career advancement; Because they ranked last. 2) Reconsideration of wages and bonuses in proportion to the needs of workers, the increase in prices, and the decrease in the purchasing value of salaries.
