مستوى ممارسة القيادة الأخلاقية لدى رؤساء الأقسام العلمية في الكليات التأسيسية لجامعة عدن وعلاقتها بالرضا الوظيفي
This study aimed to identifying level of practicing ethical leadership of the heads of scientific departments at establishment faculties to university of Aden and its relationship to the job satisfaction from the point of view of staff, to achieve this aim, the two researches has used the descriptive survey, the two researches, the study population consist of all staffs who are (professor, associate professor, assistant professor) at the five establishment faculties to Aden university, who numbered (600) staff, individually considering this, a stratified random sample amounted to (240) staff, after completing the questionnaire distribution, the questionnaires not validity ware (18) and retrieval the final statically sample capable of statically analysis became (222 ) questionnaires. The study reached several results, most notably: that the heads of scientific departments practice the ethical leadership at the level of medium overall point of the staffs, the overall mean was (3,35), with stander deviation of (0,301) and (67,15%) present, at the level of each dimension, the person ethical came with an arithmetic mean (3,52) and stander deviation (0,331) by (70,4%) percent, and the administration ethical with an arithmetic mean (3,16) and stander deviation (0,246) by (63,2%) percent, and the human relationships with an arithmetic mean (3,17) and stander deviation (0,214) by (63,4%) percent, finally the job satisfaction with an arithmetic mean (3,58) and stander deviation (0,414) by (71,6%).
