This research aimed to develop the digital teacher’s skills and collective intelligence of science teachers through the two types of crowdsourcing (internal/external) in e-training environments. The research was applied to a sample of science teachers in the preparatory stage and teachers of biology, physics and chemistry in the secondary stage, amounting to (100) male and female teachers belonging to Belqas Educational Administration. Descriptive analytical method, the experimental method, and the quasi-experimental design with two experimental groups with pre and post measurement were relied on. This is through the proposed model for instructional design. The research included the following tools: an achievement test to measure the cognitive dimension of the skills of the digital teacher, an observation checklist to measure the performance dimension of the skills of the digital teacher, a checklist to evaluate the quality of the final product, and scale of collective intelligence. The experiment was applied and the results were monitored and analyzed by applying appropriate statistical processing methods using SPSS statistical programs for social sciences. The research results confirmed the effectiveness of the e-training environment designed in the style of external crowdsourcing on the development of digital teacher skills and collective intelligence.
