تقييم خدمات التعليم عن بعد لطلبة مراكز التربية الخاصة في الأردن خلال جائحة كورونا (كوفيد - 19)
The current study aimed to assess the distance education services provided to students with special education needs enrolled in community rehabilitation centers of (UNRWA) in Jordan from the viewpoint of both teachers and parents in the light of several variables. The study adopted the descriptive survey approach. To achieve the goals of this study, an assessment tool was created with two elements: the element of teachers consisting of 22 paragraphs and the element of parents consisting of 21 items. The study sample consisted of 136 teachers and service providers, and 301 parents. The results of the study indicated the evaluation of distance education services at a “middle» level from the point of view of teachers and service providers while the parent’s point of view indicated their evaluation of these services at a “high” level. The results also indicated that there are differences in the level of teachers’ evaluation of distance education services considering the variable of their academic qualification in favor of higher diploma and BA degrees. The results did not indicate the existence of any significant differences in favor of any of the study variables in the level of parents’ evaluation of the services of distance education.
