The present study aimed to explore the predictive ability of the value pattern and the sublimation through anger management of a sample of mothers of teenage children. To achieve the objectives of the study, a sample of (187) mothers was chosen, who had one or more sons in early adolescence, and a set of criteria was developed, including value pattern, sublimation, and anger management. The samples’ psychometric properties were verified in order to confirm reliability and validity. The results of the study concluded that the level of the value pattern, sublimation and the management of anger came at a moderate degree, and there was also a correlation between the value system and sublimation on one hand and anger management on the other hand. It was also found that the value and sublimation pattern predicts a rate of (23%) of anger management, and the existence of differences in the value system and sublimation that is attributable to workers and in favor of mothers working on mothers other than mothers, and based on the results the study recommended the need to improve the value system and sublimation because they both have a role in improving mothers' anger management.
