The research aims to prepare a future professional development framework based on knowledge capital technology to develop science teaching practices based on artificial intelligence applications for teachers of the basic education stage. To achieve the goal of the research, it relied on the descriptive analytical method; where a list of the teaching practices based on artificial intelligence applications that must be available to science teachers in the basic education stage has been prepared. As well as the self-assessment card for teaching practices, and a questionnaire for identifying training needs in light of the requirements of knowledge capital technology were prepared. The research group consisted of (64) science teachers of various scientific qualification and years of experience in Kafr El-Sheikh primary and preparatory schools. The self-assessment card and training needs questionnaire were applied to the research group. By monitoring the data and processing it statistically, it became clear the weakness and decline of all science teaching practices based on artificial intelligence applications for teachers of the basic education stage, it also became clear that there are training needs in the scope of all the requirements of the knowledge capital technology in varying degrees (medium - important - very important). In light of the results of the research, the future framework for professional development was prepared in light of the requirements of knowledge capital technology, as its procedural objectives were formulated. Its scientific foundations, content, blended training strategies, activities, learning resources, and evaluation methods were organized. The most important recommendations are the necessity of developing programs for training in-service science teachers in the light of the knowledge capital technology requirements, intelligent tutoring systems (ITS), and educational artificial intelligence applications; for developing digital science teaching practices.
