درجة توفر أبعاد اليقظة الذهنية الإستراتيجية لدى مديري المدارس في سلطنة عمان
This study aimed to identify the Degree of the availability of the strategic mindfulness and vigilance by school principals in Sultanate of Oman, to achieve the objectives of the study, Two questionnaires composed of (64) items Were designed and distributed in (6) main fields. After checking the validity and reliability of the questionnaires (206) school principals were invited to respond to the items of the questionnaires. The results showed The degree of the strategic mindfulness vigilance by school headmasters in Sultanate Of Oman was moderate and average medium, There are no statistical difference at the level (α≤0.05) among averages of individual responses towards degree of the availability of the strategic mindfulness vigilance by school headmasters in Sultanate Of Oman due to the gender, and years\' experience, In the light of the results of the study, the study presented a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which are: the necessity of using electronic evaluation programs by school principals to assess the performance of workers, the need to constantly review the latest global educational resources, and the need to use advanced communication programs to communicate with parents.
