The goal of the research is to improve the quality of life of the adult teacher in light of the challenges of the knowledge society, and to achieve the objectives of the study was used descriptive method in determining the dimensions of quality of life possessed by adult teachers, where this approach is commensurate with the nature of the research, a questionnaire was designed by the researcher, and the results of the research demonstrated the need of the adult teacher within the centers of the General Authority for Adult Education to improve the dimensions of the quality of his own life and objectivity in light of the challenges of the knowledge society, and the research recommended to review the quality of research The life of an adult teacher in light of the challenges of the knowledge society.
