The current research aims to build a training program to enrich the professional competencies of kindergarten teachers in the light of STEM tend and measure the effect of this on the development of the integration of science, technology and engineering for the kindergarten child. To achieve the research’s goals, a list of the professional competencies of the kindergarten teacher has been prepared and an observation list for the teacher’s skills in providing activities for the child and a photographic test for the child to test the development of STEM’s concepts. The research sample consisted of 20 female teachers and 80 children from the 2nd level of kindergarten. The research used the quasi-experimental design. The results demonstrated the effectiveness of developing teacher competencies in developing concepts of STEM skills for kindergarten children. (Published abstract)
