This research seeks to measure the effectiveness of a program which is based on the Innovation of green products to develop the social marketing skills of the student teacher in light of the requirements of economic development, the descriptive approach and the quasi-experimental approach that based on the design of one experimental group un which they used. The number of (20) students reached to the Faculty of Education for Early Childhood, Matrouh University, a social marketing achievement test was applied to them to measure the theoretical side of the program, and a social marketing skills scorecard to measure the applied aspect of the program. To verify the aim of the research, and to demonstrate the effectiveness of the program and the strength of its impact, the equation "Blake Coefficient" was used, to find the difference between the pre and post measurements of the research sample. Where the calculated value of the "Blake coefficient" was greater than (1,2), which indicated the achievement of the research aims. A set of recommendations were presented in the light of the research results, the most important of which is adopting the Innovation of green products as a new strategy, and preparing the climate for female graduates to develop them to reduce unemployment and environmental pollution which are considered Tas a point.
