Planning is considered the basis for the success of work, so drawing a business plan is one of the foundations of business, and in the context of contemporary transformations, many modem intellectual trends have emerged that have characterized the thought of educational planning for education systems and institutions, and this was reflected in the formation of interactive planning models for the kindergarten child, so political formation is a relatively recent concept, It came into existence after the Second World War, and after the decline of Western colonialism and the obtaining of most countries of their independence, and the emergence of global military and political blocs such as the Western bloc and its eastern ideals. And then the bloc of non-aligned countries, so each country began to work hard to stabilize its political system, implanting what it believed in in terms of ideas and principles in the hearts of its children, and policy researchers began to analyze the risks and challenges faced by the child, which indicates the seriousness of the research issue, and to achieve this, the research sought The current goal is to learn about the conceptual framework for the political upbringing of kindergarten children, and to know the extent of the impact of educational planning on the correct political upbringing of children, and to establish a culture of child rights, The current study aimed to identity the concept of the political upbringing of the child in light of the Arab Children's Rights Charter and its importance and the most important educational institutions that help in the correct political upbringing of children and to stand on the importance of educational planning and its relationship to establishing a culture of child rights in Arab society, and to identify the most important methods of supporting child education To exercise the child’s rights, .the research used the descriptive and analytical approach, and the comparative approach, and the study sample included (100) female teachers The supervisors in kindergartens in Dakahlia governorate, and also included (70) children in kindergartens in Dakahlia governorate, and the researcher used the study tools represented in (questionnaire for both teachers and supervisors, and a note card for children). The results showed: That by applying the (T) test between groups (from rural and urban kindergarten teachers and supervisors, and observing the teachers for children in kindergartens), the study sample came to the value of Ca2 (non-significant), meaning that there are no statistically significant differences between groups in achieving the axes of the questionnaire and the observation elements, which means Indicators indicating these axes and elements were previously neglected The teachers and supervisors in kindergartens establish a culture of child rights in the Arab community.
