The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a program based on playing and psychodrama in reducing the severity of social fears for children from (4-6) years. The study sample consisted of (40) children in the kindergarten stage from (4-6) years with an average age of 5 years divided into (20) children as an experimental group, and (20) children as a control group, and the assumptions of the study were: 1) there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the pre and post measurements in the level of social fears among children from (4-6) years at the experimental research group in favor of the dimensional measurements. 2) There are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the pre and post measurements in the level of social fears among children (4-6) years in the control group. 3) There are statistically significant differences between the two measures of the two dimensions of experimental and control groups in the level of social fears among children (4-6 years) in favor of the experimental group. The researcher applied the measure of social fears for children from (4- 6) years (the researcher's preparation), and the play and psychodrama program (the researcher's preparation). Psychodrama has contributed to reducing the severity of social fears for children of (4-6) years who suffer from social fears. (Published abstract)
