The current research aim is to identify the performance competencies that kindergarten teachers need when implementing a multidisciplinary curriculum (Arabic language - mathematics) and to achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive approach, where the research sample included (30) kindergarten teachers who teach a multidisciplinary approach, the study tool was applied to them, which is a notecard designed by the researcher that includes (3 main competencies, 30 sub-competencies) to note the level of availability of these competencies as it was taken into account that they are characterized by accuracy and clarity and that the phrases are short and specific. Such as: There is a deficiency in the performance competencies of kindergarten teachers when implementing a multidisciplinary curriculum (Arabic language - mathematics) at the significance level of (0.01).
