The current research aims to reveal the reality of the teachers of kindergarten teachers of classroom management skills in kindergarten institutions, and the research sample consisted of (50) teachers of kindergarten teachers in Beni Suef in the governorate of Beni Suef, and to achieve the goal of the research was built a questionnaire consisting of (27) distributed over (5) Axes (5) axes (organization- planning - classroom communication and interaction - motivational arousal - evaluation), and the descriptive analytical approach was used to suit the nature of the research, and the results of this research showed that some classroom management skills in kindergarten institutions are practiced by intermediate teachers, including the skill of Planning, communication, class interaction and evaluation, while others practice a weak degree, including the skill of organization and motivation.
