This study aims to develop the performance of kindergarten professional supervisors by guiding them to define their tasks and diverse methods. The study relied on the scale of kindergarten professional supervisors performance (List of kindergarten professional supervisors performance) which is prepared by the researcher as a tool for the study. The study uses both the descriptive curriculum (which depends on collecting data from its resources, because it is suitable to the nature of the study). The semiexperimental curriculum is used (For pre- and post-measurement on the study sample) which is a deliberate sample of the new professional supervisors in all zones and subzones educational departments in Menoufia Governorate, whose number is20. This study derives its importance from the importance of the target group and the importance of the subject itself which is the development of the performance of kindergarten supervisor. It is an important topic related to raising the efficiency of kindergarten institutions, and this study is a practical attempt to overcome the obstacles that limit the effectiveness of the performance of kindergarten supervisor.
