دور القيادة الإبداعية في تعزيز الريادة الاستراتيجية في الجامعات السعودية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس
This research aims to identify the role of creative leadership in promoting strategic leadership and to demonstrate the degree and type of the relationship between the practices of creative leadership and strategic leadership in the Saudi universities. The research aimed also to identify the difficulties facing creative leadership in promoting strategic leadership, and to present a set of proposals that limit the difficulties facing creative leadership so as to enhance strategic leadership in the Saudi universities from the viewpoints of faculty members. To meet such an end, a questionnaire consisting of (72) items was developed to collect data, and the study made use of the descriptive correlative method. A sample consisting of (372) faculty members in Saudi universities was selected, and the results of the study concluded that the role of creative leadership in promoting strategic leadership in Saudi universities from the faculty members' viewpoints attained a high degree on all dimensions, and that there was a positive statistically significant relationship between the practices of creative leadership and strategic leadership in Saudi universities. Finally, the degree of difficulties facing creative leadership in promoting strategic leadership in Saudi universities was high. (Published abstract)
