The study has aimed to develop quality management system in the faculty of education at Al Azhar University branch of Tafhna Al-Ashraf by the light of "EMOS". The study has used the descriptive analytical method and use of the case study method to achieve its objectives, and it has taken "EMOS" (application benefits, system principles, and specification requirements, deming circle for improvement, process approach, risk-based thinking, processes and work procedures), and quality management system in the faculty of education, then it has been recommended presenting a proposed vision for the implementation of "EMOS" for quality management system in the faculty of education at Al Azhar University branch of Tafhna Al-Ashraf. Proposed vision has been including the guide of the faculty of education according to "EMOS" and the scheme for building documents for quality management in the faculty and the stages of implementing EMOS for quality management in the faculty and work procedures for implementing the educational organizations management system for quality management in the faculty of education in accordance by ISO 21001:2018.
