The research aims to a proposed model in-service training for physical education teachers who hold leadership positions in education according to modern educational administration. The researcher used the descriptive approach in the study and questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The research sample reached (131) persons holding leadership positions in education (Vice Principal, Principal, Administration Assistant, Administration Manager, District Assistant, Minister Assistant Chef). The most important results: The most important motives for in service training (addressing deficiencies in work performance, identifying new developments in the field of work, updating information to move to a new job, overcoming many work problems), training needs include (Overall quality, Administrative leadership, Strategic planning, Performance evaluation, Laws and regulations, Professional development of workers, Administrative organization, Crisis management), training methods and activities (Practical training, E-training, theoretical training, Programmed training), the training outcomes are evaluated through (Presenting a project related to the training program at the end of the training, Granting degrees for interaction and integration during practical training, comparing performance before and after joining the training program, evaluation of training methods and activities, the scientific material and the performance of the trainer, The researchers recommend implementing the proposed model for in-service training for physical education teachers holding leadership positions in education according to modem educational administration.
