This study aimed to identify the relationship between the quality of higher education and the management of organizational change for the administrative professor, by identifying the dimensions of the quality of education and the extent of the difference in both variables for all administrative professors at the university, analytical because it is most appropriate to address the subject of our study. The study also included a sample of (63) administrative university professors and the questionnaire were relied on to collect information. The results of the study indicated that there is a strong, positive, statistically significant correlational relationship in light of the values of: inputs, processes, outputs, and this means that all partial hypotheses are fulfilled. It is clear from these results that the quality of higher education has a relationship to achieving organizational change management, which was confirmed by the general hypothesis between quality Higher education and management of organizational change.
