This study aimed to identify the level of awareness of teachers in intermediate education to the foundations in the construction of performance tests in the light of modern educational reforms, where the study sample was composed of (130) teachers who were randomly chosen from four averages from SidiLakhdar province to Mostaganem. In this study, the researcher relied on the descriptive approach, and to test the hypotheses, a questionnaire was used to measure the level of awareness of the foundations of building achievement tests after checking his psychometric properties, and to address the results the researcher used the statistical packages program; The mean is medium, while their minority level of awareness is high, and there are no statistically significant differences in the level of this awareness due to the variables of educational qualification and professional experience.
