The study aimed at finding out the causes of the phenomenon of cheating and possible solutions according to different environments. The study included several researches and previous studies, both Arab and foreign, and reached the conclusion of many reasons to the phenomenon and many possible solutions, the researchers concluded many social, individual, personal and psychological factors that motivate students to cheat school. The proposed solutions were the reconsideration of the policy of the repetition of the academic year “failing “as well as the discovery of other ways to measure the abilities of achievement among learners, and the activation of the role of the counselor and psychologist in educational institutions, and review the evaluation calendar and educational guidance. The researchers concluded that the more the methods of anti-cheating developed, the more the methods of cheating are developed by the learner. This confirms the uselessness of treating cheating in this way, which has been adopted for a long time. It has greatly contributed to cheating development in terms of frequency. The researchers proposed a method of psychological, behavioral, cognitive and social treatment, In all his treatments. (Published abstract)
