The aim of the current research is to develop the performance of general education teachers in Egypt to keep pace with the introduction of the hybrid education system in the light of the concept of blended training. The descriptive approach was used; Due to its relevance to the subject and nature of the research. The research sample consisted of (196) faculty members of education experts in Egypt, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher designed a questionnaire as a tool to identify the degree of importance of the availability of the requirements of the application of blended training to develop the performance of public education teachers in Egypt to keep pace with the introduction of the hybrid education system according to the opinions of some education experts Among the teaching staff in some faculties of education in Egypt, namely: (Shebin El-Koum, Ashmoun, Tanta, Benha, and Mansoura), frequencies, percentages, averages, standard deviations, order, T-test, and one-way analysis of variance were used. one way, and Alphakronbach's coefficient. The research resulted in a set of results, the most important of which are: The degree of approval of education experts from faculty members in some faculties of education in Egypt on the importance of providing the requirements for applying blended training to develop the performance of general education teachers in Egypt to keep pace with the introduction of the hybrid education system came to a large degree, and there were no statistically significant differences. Among the average responses of the sample members from some education experts about agreeing to the importance of providing the requirements for applying blended training to develop the performance of general education teachers in Egypt to keep pace with the introduction of the hybrid education system is attributed to the variable (gender, college type, academic rank, years of experience, carrying out training). A proposed vision to provide the requirements for the application of blended training to develop the performance of general education teachers in Egypt to keep pace with the introduction of the hybrid education system in a manner that enhances its efficient and effective use and achieves the desired goals.
