These study wants to learn Arabic grammar for the first year student of Arabic section university of Ouargla an example to discover the main causes and obstacles to understand grammar in this level by giving some solutions and propositions it is clear that learning grammar at the university has a lot of obstacles with curriculum and other difficulties which have relation with the teacher and student; my objective is to ameliorate the student level in Arabic language.
