The aim of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of educational technology, including the digital story in developing speech skills for preparatory students by applying the study on two preparatory classes in a primary school, in one hand the first section represents the experimental group and presents the story in the digital way and the other one represents the control group presents the in the traditional way; for the sake of identifying the impact of digital stories on development of the speech skills for the students of preparatory classes, as well as sensitizing the teachers staff for the importance of applying technological innovations and the need to activate them within the educational process to boost learners proficiency, especially their mastery of different speech skills.
