رؤية مقترحة لمبادئ القيادة المعاصرة استنادًا إلى قصة ذي القرنين في سورة الكهف
The current study aims to suggest a vision for the principles of contemporary leadership based on the story of Dhul-Qarnayn in Surat Al-Kahf, by deriving leadership principles from Surat Al-Kahf: faith, honesty, accountability and transparency, fairness and equality, trust, teamwork, honest leader, delegation and empowerment, decision making and resolution. Problems, focusing on the principles of contemporary leadership that focus on achieving goals efficiently and effectively, and influencing the team to work with a desire for a spirit of cooperation.
