The phenomenon of bullying is one of the most serious negative phenomena that has emerged in recent times, which has directly affected the goals of the educational system in all societies and countries, whether developing or developed. This phenomenon has witnessed a remarkable spread in the school environment, which has become a fertile environment for applying bullying behaviors clearly and explicitly, instead of being an environment for reforming and modifying negative behaviors. Therefore, this study aims to know the reasons behind the increasing prevalence of this phenomenon with reference to the theories explaining the causes of bullying, and what are the resulting effects, whether they are related to the victim, or the bully himself. This study also aims to suggest some recommendations that could limit this problem or reduce its appearance among students. This analytical study reached several conclusions, most notably: the need to provide advice and awareness against this phenomenon, with an indication of the most important consequences for the victim and the bully. In addition to the need for the teacher to search for the reasons behind the bullying behavior in order to facilitate the treatment of the bully, and then to form friendly relations with the students away from bullying and nervousness; For the student to feel safe and comfortable when talking about his problem. The method of reinforcement is also very important in solving such a problem. The more the bully feels that the teacher stands by him and motivates him, the more he has the desire to modify the behavior and not repeat it. Also, the teacher’s employment of the problem-solving method through multiple intelligences is very important. For example, when the teacher gives instructions and awareness regarding bullying behavior, he uses linguistic, social, logical, personal, or natural intelligence, etc. This depends on the teacher’s experience with his students and the appropriate intelligence to use it.
