The actual study sample consisted of 250 male and female principals, or approximately (60%) of the total study population that consists of (414) principals. The most important recommendations of the study: 1) The degree of availability of the standards of human resources in the quality and accreditation system had a high relative weight of (78.02%). 2) The level of degree of availability of material resource standards in the quality and accreditation system had a high relative weight of (78.68%). 3) The level of degree of availability of financial resources standards in the quality system and school accreditation had a high relative weight of (79.89%). 4) There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample individuals attributable to the two variables (gender, educational stage), while there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample individuals attributed to the variable (educational region), in favor of the middle governorate. The most important recommendations of the study: 1) Developing institutional work, enhancing the principle of strategic planning, and involving workers in formulating the school's vision and mission. 2) Providing personal financial resources and improving the work environment to achieve job satisfaction for school human resources.
