The study population included (945) kindergarten female teachers from both Rafah and Khanyounis governorates and the derived sample consisted of (273) teachers. The researcher used SPSS software program to process the questionnaires' data. However, there were differences that can be attributed to years of service variable in favor of those who served 10 years and above. 4) There was a positive and statistically significant correlative relation at the level of (α≤0.05) between the mean scores of sample's respondents regarding the degree of human relationships practice by kindergarten principals in Gaza governorates and the mean scores of sample's estimates regarding the morale level among kindergarten female teachers. In light of the study results, the researcher recommends the following: 1) It is important to consider financial and morale incentives for the staff. 2) It is necessary to encourage human relationships between the principal and the staff through forming social committees with a purpose of participating in social occasions.
