The study aims to: 1) Knowing the conceptual framework for human relationships in school administration. 2) Knowing the theoretical foundations of administrative communication. 3) Disclosing the features of the administrative communication in General Secondary Schools in Egypt. 4) Uncovering the reality of the role of managers in improving human relationships to support administrative communication at general secondary schools in Suez. 5) Reaching out the proposed mechanisms to activate the role of managers in improving human relationships to support administrative communication at general secondary schools in Suez. The researcher relied on the descriptive approach that deals with the study of events and phenomena as they are and studies the reality of phenomena and events by describing them from all dimensions and aspects in order to find solutions and identify the reasons and relationships behind these events and phenomena with each other to take advantage of them in understanding the present and predicting the future. The study reached the following results: 1) There are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members about the study axes according to the job, experience, and academic qualification. 2) There are statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members about the study axes according to the administration. 3) There is a relationship of statistical significance between the effectiveness of the school principal's application of human relations and administrative communication and indicators of the efficiency of the application of human relations and administrative communication. 4) There is a statistically significant relationship between the factors helping to achieve good administrative communication and indicators of the efficiency of the application of human relations and administrative communication. 5) There is a relationship of statistical significance between the requirements for improving human relations, the requirements for improving administrative communication, and indicators of the efficiency of applying human relations and administrative communication.
