القيادة الخادمة لدى مديري المدارس الإبتدائية في النقب وعلاقتها بالرضا الوظيفي من وجهة نظر المعلمين
This study aimed to identify the degree of practice of servant leadership by principals of primary schools in the Negev from the teachers' point of view, and the level of job satisfaction they have, and to reveal the relationship between the degree of practice of servant leadership by principals of primary schools in the Negev and the level of job satisfaction of teachers from their point of view. The descriptive correlational survey, and the study sample consisted of (373) male and female teachers, who were chosen randomly. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The results of the study showed that the degree to which principals of primary schools in the Negev practiced servant leadership came to a high degree, and their level of job satisfaction was high they have.
