The current study investigates the role of the school administration in fostering the use of virtual reality applications in vocational education and training schools in Palestine, as well as to investigate the presence of any statistical differences in teachers’ responses that could be attributed to any of the study variables: educational region, the gender of the school, the gender of the respondent, field of specialization the educational qualification and the years of experience. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and to achieve the study objectives, a questioner was developed to reveal the role of the school administration in fostering the use of virtual reality applications in the school. The study sample included (177) male and female teachers in vocational education and training schools for the academic year 2021-2022. The study results reveal that the role of the school administration in promoting the use of virtual reality applications came to a moderate degree. Furthermore, the results indicated that there were no statistical significant differences due to the variables. The study comes out with several recommendations, among which are: conducting training programs for principals to help them promote the use of virtual reality applications in vocational education and training schools, as well as the need for Involving the local community in meetings aimed at informing them of the technological applications used in vocational education and training schools.
