The study aimed to investigate the perceptions of government secondary school principals towards employing educational technology in distance learning, and to achieve the objective of the study, the descriptive approach was used in a qualitative manner, and the interview was used as a tool for the study, where (3) questions were built, analyzed and described according to frequencies and percentages, as the study sample consisted of (15) principals of government secondary school principals in the city of Jenin, they were selected intentionally, and the results showed that the perceptions of public school principals to employ educational technology in learning about After in light of the Corona crisis, it was focused on the fact that the employment of educational technology is considered the optimal use of educational technology tools and innovations and educational platforms by teachers and students in distance learning so that it serves the educational goal, and that it is an integrated process based on the application of a structure of science and knowledge about human learning and the use of human and non-human learning resources, It was also found that (40%) of the study sample defined the concept of employing educational technology in distance learning as "the optimal use of educational technology tools and innovations and educational platforms by teachers and students in distance learning so that it serves the educational goal", and (40%) also defined it as "an integrated process based on the application of a structure of science and knowledge about human learning and the use of human and non-human learning resources that confirm the learner's activity and individuality with the methodology of the systems method to achieve educational goals and communicate to learn more." Effectiveness", and some recommendations were proposed, the most important of which are: Supporting the educational environment with the necessary technological means to employ it in lessons and educational activities in distance learning in a way that aims to achieve educational goals in an optimal way.
