تصور مقترح للتربية الريادية للطلبة الموهوبين فى المرحلة الثانوية بالمملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء الإتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة
The present study aims to identify the philosophical framework of entrepreneurial education, explore the most significant contemporary global trends in entrepreneurial education, diagnose the reality of entrepreneurial education for high school gifted students in Saudi Arabia from the teachers’ perspective, determine the requirements of entrepreneurial education for high school gifted students in Saudi Arabia in the light of contemporary global trends from the experts’ perspective, and make a proposal of entrepreneurial education for high school gifted students in Saudi Arabia in the light of contemporary global trends. The study adopted the descriptive survey and documentary methods. The first population comprised the teachers of gifted students in public high schools in five regions in Saudi Arabia (i.e., Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah, Abha, and Hai’l) numbered (230). A questionnaire was applied to a randomly selected sample of (137) teachers. The second population covered experts in education of the faculty members in the universities of Saudi Arabia and abroad and educational experts specialized in gifted education. A sample was intentionally selected of (39) experts. The results: 1) The reality of entrepreneurial education of high school gifted students in Saudi Arabia came with a medium degree, with an arithmetic mean of (2.57). 2) The requirements of entrepreneurial education for high school gifted students in Saudi Arabia in the light of contemporary global trends from the experts’ perspective were high. Including: developing laws that guarantee the intellectual property of gifted students and making the proposal of entrepreneurial education for high school gifted students in Saudi Arabia in the light of contemporary global trends.
