The purpose of this study was to determine the reality of financial financing in Kuwaiti universities and its link to the process of making administrative choices from the point of view of personnel working in universities. The descriptive correlational method was utilized in order to accomplish the goals of the study, and the researchers selected the study sample using the available sample method. The study sample consisted of (218) employees, and a questionnaire was developed in order to assess the reality of financial financing in Kuwaiti universities and its relationship to administrative decision-making from the employees' points of view. The study produced a number of findings, the most significant of which was the absence of a relationship between the reality of financial funding in Kuwaiti universities and administrative decision-making from the point of view of employees in universities. Additionally, it was discovered that the reality of financial funding in Kuwaiti universities from the point of view of viability differed significantly from that of the reality of financial funding in Kuwaiti universities from the point of view of viability. The study consisted of twenty-five items that were distributed on two axes, and It was found that there were no statistically significant differences in the averages of the responses of the study sample members towards the reality of financial financing in Kuwaiti universities from the point of view of their employees due to the variable of the type of work, and it was also found that there w ere no statistically significant differences in the averages of the responses of the study sample members towards the reality of administrative decision-making in Kuwaiti universities from the point of view of their employees. The findings indicated that the reality of administrative decision-making in according to the findings of the study, the two recommendations that were deemed to be of the utmost importance were for Kuwaiti universities to significantly boost the amount of money they receive from exports, and for those who make decisions at the university to place a greater emphasis on drawing from their own personal experiences when making those decisions.
