فعالية برنامج تدريبي قائم على مدخل النظم في تنمية مهارات التدريس التقني والاتجاه نحو التطوير المهني لدى معلمات الاقتصاد المنزلي أثناء الخدمة
The current research aimed to developing technical teaching skills and the attitude towards professional development for in-service home economics teachers by using a training program based on a systems approach. To achieve this goal, the research experiment was applied on a sample of home economics teachers in the two stages of education (preparatory - secondary) in Qena Educational Administration - Qena City, and both the descriptive analytical method and the quasi-experimental method with two groups (control - experimental) were used to collect the research data, and the experimental research sample consisted of (30) female teachers. The training program was applied during (10) sessions of (180) minutes each, two sessions per week. Thus, the implementation of the program took five weeks. The research tools represented in a knowledge test in technical teaching skills, a technical teaching skills observation card, and a measure of attitude towards professional development were applied to each of the two groups (control - experimental) before and after providing the content of the training program, and the results showed that there are statistically significant differences between the scores of home economics teachers in the post application of the knowledge test of technical teaching skills and the note card of technical teaching skills in light of the use of the proposed training program based on the systems entrance, and their scores on the attitude towards professional development scale. In the light of these results, a number of recommendations and suggested studies were offered. (Published abstract)
